very dear friend: Jivamukti Open 90 min

this practice is dynamic and flowing! we dive in to what it truly means to be a very good friend, and explore the edge of the heartspace and the mat-space/ prepare to flip over with camatkarasana (wild thing) and open the heart deeply, the peak pose is kapotasana (baby wheel). the jivamukti focus of the month verse, from Bhagavad Gita (ch4 verse 3) s our inspiration. This same ancient yoga, is now spoken, by me to you: β€œhaving offered your love, you have also, become my friend -” truly, this is the ultimate secret.
