the birdcage: Jivamukti Open 95 min

this practice is strong and dynamic! we start peacefully in a revolved sleeping swan (think yin) and build up to twisting arm-balances (think side crow and grasshopper). all around the fable of the birdcage. this class is classic jivamukti and i am delighted to share it with you!

at the beginning of the practice we chant:
OM AJNANA-TIMIRANDHASYA JNANANJANA-SALAKAYA
CAKSHUR UNMILITAM YENA TASMAI SRI-GURAVE NAMAH
