Yin Yoga

The practice of Yin Yoga invites one to a meditative state using the body. If you do not judge yourself and your body, but quietly observe it's process, and stay present and open to this surrender, you open the possibility of fully inhabiting your body and your emotions. It is only through a silent and patient process of meditation that you can become aware of your emotions and of your inconsistencies. In order for this to happen, you must remain still. Keep your intention to stay still, silent, open and aware!

This class was recorded as Zoom a call. I call out the whole class also partially demonstrated.
During a time while we are mainly staying at home, let us stay connected through practice and reverence.
