Ananda (Bliss): Yin Yoga

according to the yogic texts, our nature is satchitananda, our nature is love itself, our nature is happiness. and that is revealed IF, we are willing to do actions, which will bring happiness to others, and not be so concerned with getting that happiness for ourselves.

this deep and rejuvenating Yin Yoga practice focuses on the attitude of gratitude to lift our spirits and open our fascia, like a deep tissue massage, you won’t regret the investment of time on this practice!

at the beginning of the class we chant:

 Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu

May all beings everywhere, be happy and free. And may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life, contribute in some way, to that happiness and to that freedom for all.
