unshakable faith

the greatness of a person can be measured by how that person tolerates provoking situations. during a unprecedented time of quarantine, this Jivamukti Open level class builds up to mayurasana and strong backbending. class was offered on a day celebrating Nrsimha a benevolent Avatar of Vishnu, his encounter with young Prahlada inspires us to have a mood of gratitude, humility, compassion and love. The way we speak, carry ourselves and interact with the world, how we treat all beings, human and animal, has a bearing on our own happiness as a member of the community of life.

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu

May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.

This class was recorded from my home as a Zoom call, from CA and around the globe. I call out the whole class and partially demonstrated (it was a video call). During a time while we are mainly staying at home, let us stay connected through practice and reverence. Join along and breathe with us.
