flowing to the sea: Jivamukti Open 90 min

On the river of Nada Brahman, divine energy we flowed through this dynamic Jivamukti Open level class, the asana is oriented around twisting asanas, moving in to arm balancing, baby grasshopper is the peak posture.

Nada means sound or divine music, Nada Bramha, divine sound, or could be defined as the river of consciousness itself. So we are trying to tap in to that stream of consciousness, not just our personal individual consciousness, but that pervasive consciousness.

at the beginning of the class we chant:
The river is flowing; flowing and growing The river is flowing; down to the sea
Mother carry me; Your child I will always be Mother carry me; down to the sea

This class was recorded from my home in CA as a Zoom call on August 17, 2020, During a time while we are mainly staying at home, let us stay connected through practice and reverence. Join along and breathe with us.
