this class will soothe the heart of any compassionate freedom seeker.
physically we focus on arm balancing targeting all the aspects necessary to feel upside down, with a whole new world perspective, particularly today bakasana (or kakasana):
core strength, hip opening, spine integration, developing a sound connection to the earth.
as spiritual warriors we investigate the boundless power of compassion and the root of who we are, and all that is, only love is real.

at the beginning of the class we chant:

VASTU-SĀMYE CITTA-BHEDĀT TAYOR VIBHAKTAḤ PANTHĀḤ

EACH INDIVIDUAL PERSON PERCEIVES THE SAME OBJECT IN A DIFFERENT WAY, ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN STATE OF MIND AND PROJECTIONS. EVERYTHING IS EMPTY FROM ITS OWN SIDE AND APPEARS ACCORDING TO HOW YOU SEE IT. (PYS 4.15)

love is the only remedy which can cure the insanity of this world. love knows no boundaries or barriers. action based on barriers is bound to breed more reactions, but action born of love alone is the right action, let love therefor be the touchstone of our lives, let it be the mainstream of all our activities. Let the light of love so shine with all of it’s luster and radiance that any troubled and stricken heart may have a chance to come under it’s beaming lucidity. May be blessed and benefited, may love freely flow through our hearts. For all. Let us kindle more light of love so that hate can extinguish. Let us do everything for the sake of love. Above all, let love rule, and guide our lives.
