This installment of Yoga and Dinner will bring us deep into the chakra system, chanting bija (seed) mantras of purification as we engage in specific yogic practices designed in the textbook of yoga psychology to purify and set free!
An intimate gathering of yogis gather for kirtan (live music meditation), a short wisdom talk and a one-hour Jivamukti yoga class. Stretch your body as well as your appetite as Bhakti Center yoga staff take you on a journey of relaxation and meditational practices, all followed by a knock-out vegan feast. Newcomers and experienced students are welcome for this popular community night, a time to share with others and connect, bring a friend or meet new ones.
After class, the yoga space transforms into a casual dining area in which yogis sit cross legged and are served a delicious vegan meal. These evenings are always enlightening, fun and full of surprises with a different yoga class theme each time.
