Our Friday Yoga & Dinner series is gourmet, first class teaching, dining and holistic merrymaking. The program is an intimate gathering of yogis joining together for a powerful yoga class and kirtan (music meditation). After class, the yoga space transforms into a casual dining area in which yogis sit cross legged and are served a delicious vegan meal. February 28th class will be led by Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher Carly Boland
